After having to rebuild my 5.7 Hemi due to lifter failure on cylinder 1 and eating the stock cam and bending the push rod, I am having some issues. I have done an MDS delete, used a TSP Chopacabra cam, high volume oil pump and matched lifters, new heads. I received a tune from a reputable company but I have some other issues my mechanic could not figure out. The following codes were thrown: P0118, P2122, P2127, P0123, P0222, P0108, P0480, P0481. I have checked grounds and seem to check out. Any suggestions?

All appear to be plugged in a is quite the issue.
