It was time to change out the air filter that was on the 05 when I bought it. Never really liked this type of air filter system.

Copilot throttle pedal adapter is in. Started up truck to let it warm up for testing electric fan, Copilot, ATS trans, some of the gauges, trans fluid level, any abnormal sounds, leaks, ect, ect. Everything looked good for the trans re-learn. No codes either. :thumb: Drove it back into the garage. Disconnected the battery positive and left it disconnected to erase the running history. Trans re-learn next up. :thumb::thumb:

Still have some electrical wiring to do for gauges, heat exchanger fan and w/m. Though I'm already planning on changing the wiring a little...
Also added a 160amp alternator. The voltage was much steadier. Didn't like how the 03 voltage would go up and down affecting the performance and operation of the fuel pump, and other electrical accessories when the radiator electric fan came on. Much steadier voltage now. :thumb:

Take a deep breath and relax. 80% of your old tuning problems just vanished into thin air...don't get too worked up if you hit a bump, I'm positive you'll get everything worked through

The O2 sensor bung for the passenger side has been welded on the drivers side cross over exhaust pipe. Did find two small cracks on the drivers side header. Easy weld fix. Just have to wrap up the header and cross over pipe, then install it. Should be able to get it all together tomorrow and then send Keith a data log to verify it's working correctly. :prayersent:

A little update. There's a problem with possibly an O2 sensor. The sensors look old so, I'm replacing them. Was going to replace them anyhow. Then redo the data logs for some trouble shooting from there. Hope it's just an O2 sensor. There was an exhaust leak before. I really appreciate Keith's help.:bow::bow:

Going to go to plan "B". Mod the turbo setup to separate the engine exhaust banks to help the O2's work correctly. Had been looking at how it could be done the last few days. Just wanted to try if having the O2's next to each other on one bank could work. It doesn't look like it's going to work.

With all leaks repaired, re-install the old o2s. I've not had good luck with new o2s..
