......I'll post a Photo tonight of the one I have tonight.

I have faith that we can get this worked out so others don't have to deal with this crap.
i think it would be awesome if someone was able to get rid of the transmission codes (which is the only problem, the engine runs like normal) using software like Diablo for exampe.
Imagine being able go from auto to manual just by flashing your existing PCM with a file that came thru email, not having to ship your PCM which means less down time, if any. The person or company would be able to charge the as much as $400 as that is the cost of having these other places do and it would still be more convenient and cheaper than having to have a Auto PCM flashed to manual.

In total agreement,, Plus the benefit to this hobby would be priceless for us owners who have to deal with the Emission(laws) issues that arise from computer modifications.

Hey Max, I really like the way you did your fuel pump mod do you have any more images? And how did you create room for the two bulkhead fittings to go down through the top & how long are the fittings? Thanks

When I was putting the fuel system together someone pointed me to Keith's build and I pretty much just copied what he did. I used -6an bulkhead fittings which are all the same length no matter the brand, drilled the hat so they fitted snug and used a little bit of fuel-resistant epoxy to keep them from leaking. A nut was also added underneath to help keep them in place. To me, one of the most important things is making sure the fit snug so try to use the right drill bit.
As for making some more room, I just used a dremmel to remove some of the ribbing, it was not much, if I remember correctly it was only 1 row.

Attached are the only pics I have

I did the same thing with the epoxy and the fuel ate up the epoxy... I thought maybe you might have done something different than I did...

I drilled mine so I had to screw it in. I also used rubber sealing washers for oil drain plugs on inside and outside and seem to be holding just fine evap even passing testing
I take it that rubber washer is oil and fuel resistant....I'll look for one of those. thanks for the idea..

So i keep doing some more research and it appears that i am going to have to switch from Diablo to HPTuners and their software allows you to disable trans codes. Does any one have any experience, or heard of anyone, with HPTuners in boosted applications?

Billy, Go For Broke Performance who built my engine has been working with HP tuners over the past year... He has been trying to convert me.I can give you his number if you like to contact him.

Switching to hp tuners sounds interesting, especially if they can reprogram the pcms. I’ll have to look into it also

HP has been real good for the 09 and up guys.

I looked at HP for the 03 when first looking for tuning solutions. HP didn't support the 03 hemi at all. The support JTEC but not NGC.
