Ugh.... needs bigger badges so no one will confuse it with a hemi..

IMO, if he wants to play using a Ram and not a hemi then he needs to put a really big motor in it and make it an outlaw racer....

It was pretty impressive what it ran for basically being thrown together days prior, there was a ram just like mine on Craigslist a few months back with a 6.0 an 4l80 swap. Didn't know it was becoming a trend to LS swap Rams

To each is his own. We can't talk trash about them. Their trucks are faster. It's much cheaper, easier and a ton of performance support to build an LS than it is for a Hemi. Better pcm for tuning. Not this s*** we have to deal with now.

Hemi in my Mopar and that is all. I have higher standards.

You don't buy mopar to play cheap that's for sure. Set it and forget it method Stu. Put stuff on and go. Take the 2003 stuff and put it on the 2005 and be done. Set and forget it will fly. Also make not that truck has spray! It has a trans brake! Those two things alone there can shave over a second in the 1/4 mile. So all in all my truck and that truck are the same speed if you think about it. The one thing that cost us a lot is the trans. If I knew then why I know now would have gone 518 first time around. A stock HEMI engine boosted on spray and a brake with a can and heads and all the little bells and whistles that they won't tell you they actually have will run damn near same times. Chevy is cheaper to build and always will be that's just that but that's not why we bought MOPAR trucks.
