2015 Rally - Dillsboro, NC

Yikes, 9 weeks??? I've got to get busy!!

Join us for the rally in Dillsboro, NC June 15, 19, 2015!! Info to make your reservations is on the first page of this thread. The rally is a family friendly event open to all HTC members and their guests.

What are we going to do?
Monday: sightseeing during the day followed by a "Meet & Greet" Welcome BBQ that evening
Tuesday: a trainride thru the Great Smokey Mountains that morning then that evening a cruise in at the local Sonic Drive In
Wednesday: tour the Troy Distillery then off to explore the Biltmore House to see how the other half lives
Thursday: open day to do what you like then the Annual Cook Out that afternoon
Friday: breakfast then hit the trail home

If there is something you would like for John to check into please let him know.

If you have something you would like to give as a door prize for the welcome dinner please shoot me a PM and let me know. You don't have to tell me what it is if you don't want to or haven't decided what it is yet, just trying to get an idea of what we might have available.

Wish didn't just start a new job, I'm really bumming on missing this one. We have them every year in the R/T club too, and it's a great way to put faces with screen names.

there is 8 weeks left before the rally,, here is the hotel info,,, it is a really nice hotel on the tuckasegee river in the heart of the smoky mountains ,,, the river side rooms are a little more ,,, when u book your room tell them u are part of the hemi truck club for the discount ,, and again the rally is June 14 - 19, let's make those one a great one

We still have several members that were going to try and attend the rally and haven't made their hotel reservations yet. We hope you'll still be able to join us!! It's not too late to make reservations.

John is working on group discounts and reservations for some of our activities. Please post and let us know if you plan on attending the following activities (even if you haven't made your hotel reservations yet):
Monday - Welcome Dinner approx. $12 per person
Tuesday - Nantahala Gorge Train Ride approx. $53 per person
Wednesday - Biltmore House - approx. $43 per person
Wednesday morning - Troy's Distillery - $5 per person

Thanks!! Looking for a great turnout and a great time!! We are doing more activities than these listed. These are just the ones we are working on reservations and group discounts.
