It's alive!!!!!!

Turned out I accidentally unplugged a connector while removing the old trans, plugged it in, grounded the Y/BR wire in the trans plug and she fired right up!

The connector in question , lost 2 days because of my mistake here.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, thanks A LOT for all the help and tips here!!

Glad you found it, told you it was something simple lol.....

Lot's of small time consuming things to finish, got the electrical part finished.

New arrington PCM with manual tune, 750 rpm idle and 7200 rpm limit is installed and married to the predator. Took me like 4 hours to get the predator working on my computer again, I HATE windows crap. Ended up smashing my old windows computer to bits, installed windows on my macbook to run as a program instead of an operating system and finally got it to work :)

Extended the p/n wire and the backup light wire from the trans plug.

Didnt feel like routing the cables along the other ones that come through the firewall hole, so drilled a new hole, rubber grommet makes it look all professional :D:D

T56 has built in reverse gear sensor, simple 2 wire sensor, easy peasy -)

Image

Took power for the backup light fromm a bus bar I have installed in my glove box for all my accesories, only powered when ignition is on, so even if I leave the truck in reverse gear accidentally, the light will switch off when ign is off.

Wired in the P/N wire into the clutch pedal switch, works perfectly!

T56 is a bit closer to the body so no room to hide all the cables and the solenoid left over from the EVAP system delete. Not as tidy as I'd like it, but it'll do.

Sawzalled the hole for the shifter

Don't have the body trim piece like the SRT10's have, this doesn't look that bad IMO

Not even gonna loose my cupholders!! :) :) :)

Going offshore tomorrow, so it'll be a while before it's finished. Did get a mail from PST that my driveshaft has shipped so should be waiting when I get back home.

Christof,
I'm very glad to see your reflashed PCM plugged in and running. That bad boy shifting near 7 thousand will be pure music. This is a beast and no doubt will draw a lot of attention which ever continent it is on. Might want to put some tape over that sticker when it goes in for inspection....lol Well done...
