I am wanting to put a cam in my hemi. I have an OE 6.1 I picked up but if I am going to install one I want to make sure it is what I am looking for. I would like to have one with some lope to it.
I really don't have a bunch of mods. Super chips, KN Cold air, throttle body spacer flowmaster and E Fan

There are quite a few out there that will give you a choppy idle. All will require you switch from SC to Diablo for tuning. It's all going to depend on what you want from your truck. Where do you want the power. Low or high end? Look up cammed ram on YouTube. There are a lot of videos to help you choose.

The more chop, the more you need tuning to help with drivability. IMO select a cam for the best performance not it's idle. A cam generally needs supporting mods such as headers, converter and gears for it to perform properly. I would recommend doing the supporting mods first. This will allow you to select the best cam to support your vehicle's goals. Good luck..

Would one see a noticeable difference with a 260 in an otherwise stock truck?

So if I wanted to put a 260 in my truck, I already have a SuperChips, would I HAVE to upgrade the springs and stuff too? Or does that just compliment the cam?

i agree, the 260 is a nice mild upgrade over stock (I remember years ago when THAT was the cam upgrade to do), it will work with just superchips but you may experience some stall outs here and there as the pcm learns it's characteristics (it wants to dump fuel at idle at times). Do the complementing mods around it (cai, headers...) and it should perform quite nicely...
