Ended up having to re-rout the hoses and pump location. Didn't work correctly on the first configuration. Even cut a hose to short. It does work good now. Really surprised how cool it keeps the intercooler in a hot engine bay with no turbo blanket or heat wrap on.:thumb::thumb: Also had to adjust the water/meth for 5psi boost. That mad a difference. :thumb: Had it set to full injection at 8psi boost. Still need to wire up the water pump and fan. Did go for a test run with the water pump hard wired in. :SWEET1::smitten: Looking forward to some track testing with just a 7psi boost spring.:)

Looks awesome Stu. You have put a lot of thought and effort into this build. And it shows. :thumb:

Can't wait to see it run.

Thanks Guys. This has been such a long turbo system build....... Really happy to be at this point.:beerchug::SWEET1:

If this turbo set-up works out well. You guys now have a blue print to build your own.:brows: :thumb::thumb::thumb:

What are you doing for PCV / engine breather setup? I've been battling this for several years on these stupid engines and finally built the 'ultimate' setup according to the Arringtion CCV bible. (google it)

Do what I did old dragster setup exhaust scavenger setup pulls around 2-6 in vacuum the entire run before I use to blow by dipstick out and build near 3-8psi and its very simple and keeps the intake spotless no pcv needed just send it out the exhaust

I'm sure you will find something to "test" even when this setup is finished... LoL

That's a very good question Darell. Not sure. To be honest, haven't thought of that yet. Humm......

The truck isn't ready for 10-12 psi boost yet. Will need new fuel supply system, aluminum intake manifold, and bigger injectors. Going to try and stay with this KRC tune. After all, can only go up to 600enghp/640engtq with the Sharadon stage III trans. Already at 583enghp/629engtq at 8-9psi boost. It is what it is........:ermm:

Unfortunately, this is what I changed from after trying it for the last few years. I found the check valves fail after a few hundred miles at best and actually pressurize the crank instead. I had dual scavengers and any little oil vapor going through them destroys the diaphragm, even with better quality ones like OEM Ford or GM air pump check valves. Moroso ones were crap. I haven't tested my current setup yet, but there are no valves to fail now.

It's just dual oil separators vented to a permanent vacuum source as in between the turbo inlet and air filter. The key is large lines (I used 3/4" ID) and properly performing oil separators that won't gunk up the turbo. Arrington makes a fancy one but I built my own as I deal with them daily at work in refrigeration, big and small. No PCV or check valves.
