Rally 2014 Hotel

Jerry and I just booked our hotel room. We will be arriving on Sunday 6/15 and leaving Saturday morning 6/21. Can't wait to see everyone and looking forward to June especially when I am looking out the window at about 5 inches of snow and still falling. Expecting to see possibly 10 inches of snow tonight before it is done.

Shirt ideas

I need shirts ideas so everyone will enjoy them... i'll be getting Gildian shirts the shirt color will depend on the design... need inputs so i can have the wifey to get them going... i'll shot you a design and if you dont like ill have everyone vote.. thanks HTC family

I think that is a great idea and hope you can come up with a good design. Since it's the 10th Rally maybe you can incorporate something with the "10th" into the design.

A little confusion on the dates Lisa...everything is right.

I never knew it changed either? When I talked to Callie yesterday to show us leaving Friday the 20th she didn't say anything about dates being changed.... She shows us arriving Sunday the 15th under the HTC block of rooms......

It didn't change Lisa. That was my fault and I apologize for the confusion.

Rally Schedule

The following is the schedule for the rally. Can't wait to see everyone.

Sunday June, 15-2014….The Hemi family begins to arrive

Monday June 16, 2014….9:00AM, off to see the sites

1. Belle Meade Plantation
2. The Hermitage
3. Welcome Dinner (Location TBD) 6:00PM

Tuesday June 17, 2014

1. Nissan Plant Tour 9:15AM
2. Shopping, swimming
3. Grand Ole Opry 7:00PM

Wednesday June 18, 2014

1. Country Music Hall of Fame
2. Ryman Auditorium

Thursday June 19, 2014

1. The Parthenon
2. Nashville Zoo

Friday June 20, 2014

1. Lazy Hazy Day
2. Opry Mills
3. Opryland Hotel, walkthrough and surrounding areas

Saturday June 21, 2014

1. Pack and depart hotel

THANKS Steve,,, I will try to pin down the welcome dinner in a few days. Also we will do the picnic on Thursday or we can do it Friday as a lunch before people began to leave.

I never did get my reservation confirmation from Callie so I called again this morning. She couldn't find my reservations..... Finally found it and gave me the confirmation number. She also sent me another confirmation email...that I didn't get. Make sure your reservations are confirmed and that you have the number with you at check in.
Not that it would make any difference if they run out of room. :(
