Here is the tentative schedule:
Monday - July 8th - Meet -n- Greet supper
Tuesday - Cosmic Caverns during the day, Evening - Passion Play
Wednesday - day/morning Peg Trail Kart n Golf (putt-putt,go karts, batting cages, zip line, & more), late afternoon - picnic on hotel grounds
Thursday - waffle breakfast & bling-bling pant competition, evening Pine Mountain Theater (hoedown entertainment type thing)
Friday - farewell lunch

I'm very open to suggestions to add/delete or re-arrange events.

Updated page one with reservations. I hope attendance picks up so we need another waffle maker.

That can easily be scheduled Thursday morning after the waffle breakfast or if you will check in Sunday instead of Monday it can be Monday morning. :thumb: Or you can rehearse Monday and tournament Thursday. If you will attend, I will plan it. Why......... because :iamqueen:. Though I am not a fan of the new format, I do love that icon. :)

Do we want to have a truck contest like in the years past? If so, who would like to head that up? You know I can't because for the life of me I still don't know the difference between a quad cab and a crew cab.....I mean seats four is seats four. Just sayin'..... :sign0085:
