....yup, I have been after Karla for years now to let me replace her beloved truck. She just would not hear of it. She loved this ride. besides it's been paid for, for a long time.
Well guess she changed her mind.
just wish she would have decided before I spent $4900.00 in the last 18 months on it

She walked away, BRUISED but not broken, SHAKEN but not ...............well.......as some of you know she has been fighting cancer since last summer, she has beaten it at this point.
It's still a LONG LONG road ahead and well she really did not need this at this point.
She was on her way home from hospital after a day of tests to prepare her for surgery the following Monday, when this happened.
So to cut to the end of this story, surgery was postponed, she did finally under went surgery, recovering as well as can be expected....and we are moving forward with our life's.
Preparing for the next of three surgeries yet this year.
So in the middle of all this I had to shop for a new ride for her, not something I really had time for.
First to contact was of course JAMESD up in Maryland who worked his butt off to find me something. Which he did and DAMN it was a sweet deal, THANKS to him for ALL he did.
Even the many phone calls to me he made, to help me through this.
I could not have done it with out him.

He actually found me a few trucks and made me a deal I could not pass up but unforutaly I had to. The timing was just not there for me to fly up and drive truck back 600+ miles. I really wish I could have but family comes first. Thank you James.
I also called a young lady I met at a dealer ship here in town back in 2009 when I was shopping for a new work truck.
She worked hard and put up with my crap (if you know me you understand) oh she also dealt with Kallie on several test drives, she should get an award just for that !!!
We were on a time crunch of course, rental car from insurance was running out and with surgery and recovery all during this time...... but she did it, she found one with everything I needed, and MANY things I did not ask for, for a price that made me "almost" happy but we shall live with.
the old truck we had for 10yrs so I think this one will be around at least that long.

Not planning on modding this one at all ( now where have I heard that one before? ) but she does love her palm trees.....
