Haha that does make a difference. .. was any of the plugs you took out damaged? I would still take them out to see if they are physically damaged and check for the odd cylinder. I'm thinking you might have a spring broken which can happen to 04's.

If the problem came up after the plug and wire change make sure the coils are all plugged in tight. It sounds like a loose connection. It would be an odd coincidence if it were a mechanical issue.
