oil on spark plugs

Good morning everyone have an issue. I am a big DIY so I changed my spark plugs the other day and noticed that on the back driver side plugs in the sleeve on top of the plug and on the spark end there was alot of oil. Have tried to reserch this and everything thing that came close was regarding the passanger side back plugs not driver. What is going on could be wrong and how to fix this. any help would be greatly appreciated think this is a primary reason my MPG sucks

The valve cover seals are leaking around the holes. There is two gaskets to each valve cover. The perimeter and then one seal around each set of holes that is where the oil is coming from. It's not to bad to change them just get a gasket kit an afternoon and have at it do both sides very likely to start leaking too
