SC owner's please comment

I live in Ohio where ram trucks routinely rust out from winter salt. I am looking at picking up a 2004 1500 regular cab from an auction. I am curious if SC trucks see much corrosion or not. Pictures of the one I am looking at does not show any typical rust bubbling around wheel wells, tailgate, etc, and looks clean overall. It has around 196k miles on it. Let me know your experiences. Thanks.

SC has a lot of military with vehicles from all over. You should get as much history as you can to find where all its been. The last truck I bought was a Minnesota truck sold to auction in Florida and sold to me in N. Carolina. Good luck..
