Sad day today

Well my morning started great got up got food woke up went to work in the truck. Drove all the way to work fine no issues at all. Back into my spot a idle for 5mins like usual. Well that idling didn't go as normal. Truck starts to shake badly . Look at vacuum guage and it's bouncing from 0- -2" damn broken or dropped valve then I hear a click and a bang and I shut it off quickly. So all in all I was idling (thank god) and then something let go. I will be going digging next week after I tow it home for a valve cover pull. I kjow
Something hit the pistons just how badly I don't know. This sucks big time. Oh well just think I was going to go to the track Friday too that would have been bad.

Man, that would make me crazy. Damn! How soon can you get the valve covers off?
Maybe a broken rocker?

Dam, that's a bummer Keith. Yes, it could have been allot worse. Hoping it's not as bad as it sounds.

Will be pulling apart Monday I think after work may even do it in the parking lot. I'm still glad I wasn't running 2500 cruising down the street.

I doubt it a broken rocker tryed to rotate motor by hand and she's stuck so I Deff have a valve issue.
