De-Badge

I want to de-badge my 1500. I have been doing some research and seems like something that i can do myself. Does anyone have experience with the process? Any helpful hints, suggestions, videos, etc?

On the 3g rams all of the badges are attached using double sided tape. You can use a piece of fishing line and saw the badges off. Use tar remover or some thing like it and when the residue has been removed polish it up to match surrounding paint.

After I removed mine with fishing line, I used a drill with a rubber wheel attachment and rubbed the excess off. Worked very well! If your ride has had any body work/fresh paint, take your time or do it by hand. Otherwise, no problems.

On my 03 I cut the word magnum off the bottom of the badge and relocated the badge to just in front of the door like the 05.

lol did you use your phone to post picture and take it I assume. If so open the picture on your phone then get into the crop function and simply zoom in on it then back out to normal and save and it will be fixed. Also take most all pictures you plane to post online with phone tilted to left sitting sideways mine gives me crap all the time like that

Lighter fluid works really well with glue... Cigarette lighter fluid. It penetrates and softens up the glue.
