The trans relearn is done. The ATS trans shifted very nice while cruising home.

The only thing I didn't like was the trans temp. It was at 150 degrees when I pulled into the driveway. It shouldn't get that hot when just cruising home. (11 miles). The 3500 trans cooler is installed along with a deep trans oil pan. Maybe because it's a new trans and needs to be broke in with normal driving. I'll keep an eye on the trans oil temp and see how it goes.

Took the 05 for another drive. Trans temp is running between 150 to 160 degrees around town. It has a little hesitation from idle to 2000rpm. But, believe it's the cam and not the tune. Above 2000rpm and it smooths out and runs good. One of the things I really like is when the trans goes into over drive. The exhaust sound has a low tone growl to it. Once the trans goes into over drive, the exhaust sound quiets up. Cruising at 55mph, the 05 is super quiet. And the cruise control works too.

Will data log tomorrow and send it to Keith.

Did the first street cruising data logging with the 05.
Man, it feels great to be able to drive the 05 with the 392 in it.
The ATS trans and Copilot are running good too.
Data log sent to you Keith.

Got the ok from Keith for normal street driving. Thanks Keith.

Going to use this opportunity to get some miles on the engine and ATS trans for the clutch break-in. Still have to finish ordering some fuel system fittings. Once there's some miles on the trans, will install the fuel pump and fuel system. Also have to install the manual boost controller. Then we'll be ready for boost tuning.

Been driving the 05 around town. Will have to change the rear axle gear ratio. 3.55 gears with 305/40/22 tires and heavy SRT10 wheels just isn't going to cut it. 4.10 gears look to be a good all around gear ratio for a regular cab street truck. Even though turbo's love load. There's a balance act between the weight of the truck, tire size, gear ratio, traction with street tires, and enough load to spool up the turbo to get power out of it.

This qc turbocharged SRT10 with the oem SRT10 wheels and tires found that balance to out run this Hellcat in the 1/4 mile.
