window problem-please help

maybe someone can help me figure out why the passager windows (all 3)on my quad cab won't work.
the drivers side works on all the windows
the window lock is not on.
the fuse (9) on the fuse panel is not blown.

anyone have any ideas.
my only thought is that the window lock button is broke?

That or the wire supplying it power has broke. Did you pull of the door panel and check it yet? I know if the DS door switches are unplugged, the other doors won't work.

pop the switch panel out of the door panel and chech the wires, We have had some come loose. If that does not help jump the window lock button and try again.

I had the same problem. I would play with the connector and sometimes it would work but then stop working. So i went to the junk yard yesterday and got a different window controller switch for $50, and it took care of it. Now who ever rides with me doesnt have to ask me to lower the window for them. lol

Bump for this topic, just happened to me.

Now I just did a spark plug change today and disconnected the battery in the process. Since reconnecting battery, can't get any 3 of the windows to work. They all work from the drivers control though.

Was there ever a definative reason found for the passenger windows not working form their own switches?

Dumb question but im here to learn....how do i know if I blew a fuse....what will the fuse look like so I can check that in the meantime?

Disregard, after further research and experimenting I fixed it.

I found another post with the same problem. The member stated he turned the ignition backward to the accessory power position and they worked fine. I did this and they all work now, started the truck up and they all continue to work independantly as they should.

I can't explain it, maybe it reset itself, but they all work now.
