Seatbelt Retractor Weak

ALL of my seatbelt retractors seems to be weak. That is, the belts twist and hang up and get closed in the door. At times leaving the belt loose enough that the buckle is still in the door when it's closed. Not good for the finish or the buckle. Anyone else experiencing this?

The service manager states that it happens on every truck he's owned. I never had that problem with my '98 Ram, the '89 Chevy 4x4 or the '78 Ranger before that.

He has agreed to replace the driver's seatbelt just to show me it happens all the time and I need to be more cautious when closing the door.

Seatbelt Retractor Weak

The dealership replaced the seatbelt today and it's a world of difference -- no more twists and tangles. Now I'll have to convince them to replace the other three...
