Painted Wheel Inserts?

A guy at a local truck parts store suggested that I remove the inserts and have them painted the same color as my truck (Delmonico Red Pearl Coat). Would that look weird? What do you guys think?

I'm not inclined to that particular look. I prefer a little contrast.
However.....its your truck and you can do whatever you want to it.

IMO, that's a great looking wheel and would leave it alone.

Try using plastidip first then decide whether you want them to be painted or not.

I tend to agree with you guys. I like the way it looks now, but the red would make it stand out so I thought I would see what you guys thought. I think I would be worried about the paint scratching or pealing off too. Thanks for your input!!

I agree they look nice as is...but the 'Plasti-Dip' option will give you an opportunity to play with many different 'looks' without damaging your wheels...in fact it may offer some added protection .

I like them the way they are but I also like a little color matching too. Give the plastidip and shot worst case peel it off.
