I purchased a center jump seat out of a 2017 model. I plan to install only the top seat back, with cup holders, into my 07' quad cab 1500. Must the center jump seat be removed from my truck to make the swap? I want to retain the original lower seat due to the under seat storage box.
I just installed the top half of the 2017 jump seat into my 2007 Quad Cab 1500. I was able to remove the 07's jump seat back and install the 17's jump set back without having to first remove the entire jump seat. This saved a lot of time. I love having the use of three drink holders now and not having to lose the under seat storage.:dance:
I had also installed a voltmeter of which I don't think I have added any pictures. This is an AutoMeter voltmeter which matches my other AutoMeter gauges.
I almost forgot to mention I also installed a small blue LED, on the left side of my dash, just below the headlight switch, to indicate when my headlights are on high beam.
