I just use Clazzio seat covers on my Ram Express yesterday. Fit well and added heated seats at the same time.

On their website I had the option of embroidery when ordering

I did not realize they were a complete seat cover over your factory interior how do your seat covers fit? And they only do embroidery work on the headrest.

Have you looked at Katzkins brand of covers? Maybe they can do what you need on the headrests... I still believe 'Jina' will be the very best IF you can locate / contact her .
--------------------------------
Here's another one that is suppose to do excellent embroidery work...
Tamra Zuker owner of A~Z Designs...located somewhere in Florida? Try doing a search for the business... azdesigns.net Del Ray Beach???

katzkin makes agood product. We have a company that comes in to install them. They look good after install, but they're a tight fit going on though.
