Front lip extended

I extended the front lip I had installed on my Ram over the weekend. An after and before shot. The funkiness going on in the first pic to the bottom right is just lighting, its smooth all the way around. All it did was to put a lip jetting out forward on it.

Done with garage door seal sold at Home Depot which sales on ebay for a tidy sum as spoiler lip. I saw it at HD and thought, hmmm? long before you could buy it on ebay.

I did the same thing on my 04, but it had the SLT front end (painted) and I attached it under the front lip. Definitely looks like it was made to fit on your lower bumper valance.

Thanks, I attached my (first) lip with a painted aluminum strip with bolts every inch sandwiching the rubber to the valance all the way around, so it's very sturdy and strong, you can pull on it and it has no gaps and just springs back into place. I then glued another piece that I just flipped around with super glue, it welds the rubber together. I've had the first one on a couple of years and still looks new and fresh, but I treat the rubber when detailing to prevent it from rotting.
