Window deflectors

Does anyone have experience with the WeatherTech in channel side window deflectors? I have read in a couple places that some are having an issue closing the driver's window. I have had the tape on type for years. Looking to see if the in channel is worth the swap. Thanks

Always seemed a bad idea to me, so I've stayed with the stick-ons.

i have had the stick-on type in the past, just switched to the in-channel type. I like them much better. They aren't nearly as noisy going down the road as the others. As long as you put them on correctly the windows don't have any issues.

I have them and think they are the very best. I'm using the dark smoke color. They are made in Germany and are excellent quality, fit very close and tight.

with your purchase

got rid of in-channels for stick-on ones. with the in-channels, the windows would rattle against the plastic when partially down. Made an awful racket. Went with stick-on type, problems solved

Hugh, were they the weather techs? I have had mine on for only 2 days but have driven 200 miles at 78ish MPH. No rattle at all so far. A perfect fit.

As mentioned earlier they have been perfect on my '05 Quad Cab - don't know why it should be any different on a 2dr....?

I think there are some cheaper 'knock-off' clone types that aren't the genuine WeatherTechs that are manufactured in Germany...but not for sure.

Hope they will serve you well as mine continue to do .
