Traded in the 06 for a 11

I broke down and traded the 06 QC in for a 11 Crew Cab. I have already ordered a SuperChips Programer and another Afe CAI. I had these on the 06 and loved how the truck responded. I will do exhaust eventually, I had a Gibson Cat back on the 06 that I enjoyed but it was a little too quiet. It did open up after a while but never did get loud enough. Have any of you found a good muffler that could go in place of the stock one and retain both stock resonators? Im considering a AT 3030, any opinions would be appreciated.

Thumbs up

- I'm using MagnaFlow which I've always liked however I may try the AT 3030 too or the round Borla SS Racing muffler sometime - just might be too much noise for me - don't know Please post sound clips if you go with your choice of the AT 3030.

i used to run a nd single in dual out cherry bomb extreme on my 08, sounded good but droned horrible on the highway until i dumped it by the axle, helped alot, but it also quietened it down a bit.

I like to have a quiet exhaust sound/tone. That way, when I stomp the gas and they hear the turbo spool up. That's when they realize, they've been had...... Wolf in sheep clothing so to speak.

My 03 was really loud and I got tired of the noise. I used the truck as a daily driver. . My 13 I'm not doing the exhaust.

I have the Magnaflow Catback system. love the growl. But I am over the drone on the highway. i need to quiet it down some or just change the whole thing out again.

I am still pondering adding resonators. But not sure what will sound good with the Magnaflow.

Do resonators change the sound (loudness) or just the pitch? Or are they to cancel out the harmonics to get rid of the drone? Any one know?
