I doubt that you have a tick there. Those plastic manifolds magnify noises and makes it close to impossible to nail down. However the list of culprits include, worn push rod, worn rocker, worn lifter, broken valve spring. New to my list is the rocker arm slipping side to side on the shaft. I would start by removing valve cover and inspecting everything valve train related. Have someone turn the motor over while you watch. Good luck.
