Has anyone tried the Silver Star zXE's? I have the single bulb headlamps that use the H13 bulbs and upgraded the stock headlamp bulbs to the Silver Star Ultras and I am not impressed. I sent an email to Sylvania and they are going to send me a pair of zXE's. I am hoping they will be the cure for the stock lamp assemblies.

I haven't used them. I'm still running factory bulbs. But HIDs seem to be the most popular cure for the headlights.

Little late on this, but I just did a piaa vs sylvaina test. Piaa wins. Nice white light. Used 9006 in fogs and projectors. You'll need to trim about an 1/8th off one ear end of the bulbs...works great.

I recently went from Silver Star Ultras to the ZXEs. You will notice some difference. ZXEs are whiter and seem to throw light out a little further.

I wasted money on the zxe's. Was not impressed. Maybe it's just me but I couldnt see any better with them compared to stock.
