Exclamation one ticked off mosse owner

Hey everyone looooonnngggg time no typin for me on here life has been taking me in all different directions. But now I am able to be back on here, now for my issue. I cant possibly be the only Ram owner that has noticed that Dodge went the EXTREMELY CHEAP route for the thickness of the metal for the body on our trucks. Also where the antenna is just above it above it, i noticed after going through the car wash that the metal had clearly split.
Also under the hood on several spots the im assuming where it makes contact with the protective plastic. It is rusting from the paint being removed from rubbing.

Now on to my Hemi issue .... it is either lifter or injector tick and I have been told by two different maitnance managers who said," SIr its not broke so your warranty will not cover it." Now fellas put it this way its so loud I can hear it while in the basement and my Ram is parked on the other side of the driveway. Yeah quite loud.
Oh I have a bumper to bumper life time warranty and I bought the "gold" package they offer on top of it.

Any recommendations on who I should call? Or on what I should do?

I know that I would make it to where they have no choice but to replace the engine if it is indeed under warranty

Oops, I didn't say that out loud, did I.

Prolly lifter tap...
Happened to my 2011 once. Had a tap that was loud as hell..
I put some Lucas oil stabilizer in it and it went away immediately.
Try it.

Dealer connects Star Scan ... finds it was run extended period with no load at high rpm ... dealer offers a small amount of lube.

There's a rev limiter to prevent the brick on the throttle from really doing anything, not that I think that's a valid solution. Sounds like it needs the proper weight oil/oil change. If that doesn't help then I'd change push rods and if that doesn't help, you can be pretty confident it's a lifter. Assuming it isn't a leaking exh manifold. My 2 cents.

Well they are saying no exhaust leak. The guy who did the inspection for the entire exhaust system also said there was no rattle or noise coming from the bell housing when everyone and their brother heard it and could feel it. That ended up being the all the fly wheel bolts had came loose and 2 of them were less then an 1/8 of an inch from hitting the block.

Now I was just sitting here and thinking about it and the closest dealership that i already take my truck to get other stuff done is a great dealership and I honestly dont want to screw the techs out money due to the fact that its warranty work. But on the other hand I did spend the big bucks to get the warranty
