Not again

For the second time in 2 1/2 years my poor TRX has been rear ended. Damaged once again, having to deal with the bs from insurance companies, etc.

I understand the heartache after having your truck damaged by someone not paying attention to the job of driving. My truck was also hit from behind back in March. I don't know how someone can miss seeing a full size truck, with LED tail lights, LED third brake light, additional under the tailgate LED light bar, on a truck painted bright Yellow.
I was lucky, all my truck needed was a new rear bumper assembly.

There are too many driving with their eyes not looking out past the windshield.

They cannot react quickly enough.

I've taken evasive action many times from these creatures when it happens in front of me.

Unfortunately there is not damn thing you can do when it happens behind you.

Thankful no one is seriously injured.

I lost my 08 Avenger R/T to a girl texting! She hit me in the rear doing 55MPH!!! She dove in to the trunk over the top of the frame rails! Pushed the rear spoiler all the way to the back seat!!!

Sorry you have to deal with this, it seams like once a week I hear of some one who got rear ended, it amazes me how many people get behind the wheel and just don't seriously understand the great responsibility driving is.

I blame a lot of this on folks messing with their phones. And am surprised there isn't more of it. With the new cars now equip with auto stop and lane centering it is going to get worst unfortunately.
