Northern California Ram Dealers???

Anyone care to chime in on the positives of any Northern California RAM Dealers?

Just about a week or less away from our purchase of a 2017 RAM 1500 Quad Cab, Short Bed Hemi 4x2, wonder who has had a great price from the dealer. In this area, there is Sullivan in Yuba City, Elk Grove Dodge seems to be associated with another Sacramento dealer, plus dealers in Auburn, Roseville, Folsom, others.

We're not afraid to walk out of the dealership, so chime in. On our 2005, Swift was by far the lowest, giving $11,000- off, but they aren't in business anymore.

Thanks,

Visit a few dealer and let them play against each other. When your sales man goes to talk to the Sales manager (Ploy) engage in your own conversation with another dealer ship and let them hear your imaginary conversion.

Been there, done that. Thought perhaps a few had enjoyed some type of decent relationship with a dealer here in Northern California without spending days on this. Seems the trucks are way overpriced compared to when we bought our '05. The MSRP on that '05 was right at $33,250, now the exact same package shows close to $42,000. WHY???

Plus, it appears we'll have to add the rear air suspension ourselves, or go with the RAM system from the factory.

My 2016 2500 Limited was the same price as yours! Granted you have extra shipping cost where you live, but that's crazy! The 2500's are assembled in Mexico and the 1500's are made in Michigan. So I had to pay a little more for mine coming from Mexico. I custom ordered mine, so it took almost a month to get here by train.

Trucks are becoming more popular, so the cost of trucks have skyrocketed in the last 2 or 3 years! I like where gas prices have been lately, but as gas prices rise truck sales will go down and that's when you can get a better deal.
