If you find your 4th gen making a clicking sound in the dash when you turn your key on, or have low air flow from vents, or only the floor vent works, this is the problem. Its the blend door or door's actuator motor. The gears strip inside it http://s1072.photobucket.com/a...370/Shanewilsonking/

Sure they have, the whole HVAC box behind the dash is redesigned and improved. The blend doors have all changed to a heavy duty type but the actuators on 4th gens are junk. The revised actuator is made from a harder material so they should last. 4th gens don't have the stop tab on the HVAC box like the 3rd gen did.
