Jr. CAI Kits for Ram Trucks with 5.7 Hemi?

Does anyone know of a Jr. CAI kit for 2013 Ram Trucks with 5.7 Hemi? I just want to replace my panel filter with a full flow filter and replace the ugly, restrictive intake pipe with a high flow, smooth tube. Airaid makes Jr. kits but not for 2013. There has to be someone making them! Why change the whole intake system when the factory air box is actually designed very well for cold air intake? We just need to let it breathe better!

You could always paint it to cover up the carbon fiber
