Brand new 2014 Cruise Control not working

My truck has 5 miles on it when I took delivery. The dealership was a block from the freeway and within a mile of the dealership the cruise control did not work. I thought I didnt know how to set it correctly but I was wrong, I was doing it right, it just doesnt work. I found another thread where a couple of guys have also had this issue and so far no resolution. That thread was months old, so if anyone else has had this problem and there is a fix, I would like to know. I dont want to take the truck in to have them randomly throw parts at it. TIA

It's under warranty let them do it regardless of how many parts it takes that's not on you.
