In need of ideas.

I just bought a 03 hemi, 2500 4 door with 112k on it, its rust free from down south gorgeous truck couldnt pass it up!.
I am now wondering what mods i could to do that are relativly cheap and to make good power, i have a cold air intake on it now and a banks programmer which helped with mpg's but not nothing noticeable for power gain, any one that has ideas and knows what there talkin about it would be greatly appreciated for some help, i am also new to the forum thank you.

Welcome Aboard first of all. The 03 in my opinion are the hardest ones to tune when it comes to making really big power. It's possible, but tricky. It's kind of a contradiction to make more hp, yet save on gas. The simplest thing to do with noticeable difference is a set of 4:56 gears. That will also help you get a load moving if you enjoy towing.

Tuning the 2003 is not hard it's the idol with cams that's the issue. If you want a little extra go gears is the way to go 4:56 will be a big accel diff.

I have a 2003 2500 also quad cab without gear as of yet soon as I do them it will accel a lot better.

The 03 can do the cheapest Mod possible-free.. TMR (torque management request) cut the wire and forget about it. Do a search and read all about it.
Try a google search,
