JAD is/was a little stuffed toy sheep. It was a thing kind of like "Where's Waldo".. He was shipped from member to member all over the country. Folks would take him out and take pictures of his adventures. It may sound kind of corny but it was a lot of fun. The last I saw he was in Ohio for over a year and I'm not sure where he is now if anyone even knows.
Here is a picture of him on someone's dash. There is a lot more to the story but that's the jest of it. We "had" a member that had a "thing" for sheep and no it wasn't me. The name JAD was a combination of "Jay, Aaron, and Doug.

Thanks. It doesn't sound corny. It sounds like everyone had fun with it.
He needs to be found. We need a search posse.

There was talk of trying it again but after loosing two I'm not sure anyone wants to buy one to have it get lost again. Start a thread in the Lounge Section and see if you get any interest. If it looks like more than one or two people want to sign up we'll find annother sheep and get it going. Aaron got it started and anyone interested was to send their address to MrHemi and he would give the list to anyone wanting to participate. Who ever was at the top of the list was where he went next. Since MrHemi just retired Aaron or I would be glad to act as contact person....at least I think he would but we have other Board members that would do it too.
