I have not heard crap from the tech line. I'm getting this general error when I try and plug the schip into my truck. Contacted the tech line by e-mail. nothing..... Then I try to log on just to check for update. Web sight tells me my pass work is wrong. Try to contact them again. One week later nothing.....

Superchips poor customer service surely you jest

The company that charged me an extra $100 and said they would not charge me for it and then they would refund it and to this day still nothing.

Not to mention the amazing SC3815 that was suppose to be good but now we no longer support it we only support our new SC3865 and vivid and 3965.

The fact you paid $300 for something they give you $150 back for.

Sorry I know I am on a but as of this date they have done nothing to impress me.

I hope they treat you better than they have treated me
