Spacer plate question

I have a 1" spacer plate and was thinking of adding my nozzle there. But before I do that I have a question.

Basically, on our trucks (or any fuel injected vehicle) it seems to me that these and stuff to swirl the air and all that are not really performance enhancing, as the air is not being mixed with fuel, but rather fuel is injected (oh reeeaally) and with that being said, now a person is suppose to place the nozzle in the intake tube a certain distance from the Tbody. This nozzle injects a nitrous and fuel mix. So in theory, then one of these other vortex, swirlers, turbo mixer uppers would be beneficial, right?

So, if I place the nozzle in the spacer plate, is this enough time for the fuel/nitrous to properly mix?

I'm about to do this as well. From what I have heard attaching the nozzle in the tbs is supposed to be a lot better. #1 you eliminate the possibility of freezing the butterfly wide open. #2 Uniball told me it makes more HP as he dynoed more HP with that configuration.

It works awesome. That is the set up I did. I just tapped the TBS and ran my lines.

Ditto! Mine works well. Mixing could not be worse with the swirl type spacer ( mine is plain ) so it could only help! Only worry I have is that if the selenoid leaks a bit, instead of your intake tube going BOOM and loosing your TB you end up loosing your intake and more. But That's Hot Rodding!
