Hey guys I am tuning my nos and its on the lean side, what would be the ideal AFR to target for my WOT without nos is 12.6-13.0 but with my nos it leans out to 14.7-14.9 I am running 75 shot jets on an 03 with 43# fuel, and 950#n2o, should I try running the 100hp fuel jet and backing off the n2o pressure,I tried firing the fuel soleniod at WOT with the N20 off, and it runs at 11.2, any help appreciated, just curious what AFR you guys shoot for?

Anything over 15 is dangerous, so your on the edge there, maybe installing meth injection along with your nitrous and ALWAYS hit the tow/haul button and never run it with the superchips set on the 91 tune, other options are running a window switch/progressive controller to spray the nitrous at different shift and percentages

Crap saw your an 03, easy fix, get an 04/05 fuel pump and call it a day You can play with the nitrous pills but just be careful or it could go BOOM, too much gas and it will cut the truck off and bog it down

I knew you were going to ask and I totally cannot remember, BUT the owner of Nitrous Outlet, Me and Scott from the Hemi Shop are doing dyno testing next week in Killeen with the new HEMI Nitrous Plate on my truck, will know for sure then. I have a set of 6.1 injectors but I'm afraid you would run way too rich with those

You need to be right around 12.0 with nitrous and 13 flat without.

what do you guys figure with my 03 fuel pump I just dont have enough pump there, I pulled the fogger and just fired the fuel soleniod and I am getting fuel to the nozzle, If I run the truck WOT then hit the fuel soleniod I am get an AFR of 10.0 which I think is as low as my wideband goes, for the cost should I upgrade to a 04 fuel pump? Thanks Guys

Well I think I found it I pulled the jets and purged fuel through the system now i am getting 12.0-12.3 with the n20, must have been something stuck somewhere it shouldnt have been, this convinced me to tie my wideband to a AFR cutoff switch, now that I know how easy it is to lean out, Thanks for the help guys. For a 75 shot with the 03 pump you should run 21 Fuel and 43 Nitrous jets @ 1000 lb bottle pressure....!!!!!

If you plan on running a 100 - 150 shot, I would definately change to the 04 pump...just my .02....!!!!!
