adjusting timing

has anyone used the msd timing twister to retard timing yet? if so do you like or dislike it?

No I havent heard of it until your post. Most of us running nitrous are just using one of the programmers and keeping it set on the low octane setting and then running at least 91 or 93 octane in order to avoid detonation issues.

Do you have a link or more information on this product?

use a superchip and just change it to 87 tune and higher octane like southern said. It works well with a shot of up to 150.
