Sounds to me like an old wedge with a .654 Mushroom cam, with bad valve lash and a blown header gasket.............
I hear deep in there a bottom rattle(@.05-06) the loud tick sounds valve train...but When it comes to these new Hemi's I don't have the experience that some of the other guys and gals here have.

I sounds exactly like a collapsed MDS lifter(s) that I've worked on in the past. They really are junk.

from up top everything looks good...just ordered some Hellcat Lifters , I think they should handle the hp...might get the heads redone while there are out and maybe new push rods...will pull the cam out to double check wear as well and also check the oiling setup...it almost looked to clean like it was lackin oil...
