Trouble Codes.... Please help

I had a check engine light comeon this weekend. Thank god I bought my Bully Dog Tripple Dog. It say I had codes P0406 and P0585 this weekend. I cleared them and took it for a drive today and the light came on again. Now it has a code P0404. I know what the P0404 and P0406 mean but I don't know how to go about testing them. I haven't been able to find out what P0585 means though. Can someone give me some help on this please????

I hate to say it, but.....That thuroughly left me confused. I am used to the big trucks. I am a Peterbilt mechanic and we don't have that many variables. That code has only showed up once and after I cleared it, it never came back on. I am concerned mostly about the P0404 and P0406 codes.

Trouble Codes.... Please help

Take a look the these two service bulletins. It could be a bad EGR valve or the PCM may needs to be flashed. My bet is on a bad EGR valve.

Those service bulletins are a great help. Will those be covered by Dodge or would I have to pay for them to do them? Also, do I need to remove the Bully Dog before I take it to them?
