Is there a cam install on the site with step by step

just wondering whats involved.and what would be the best Cam for my truck 4x4 2007 QC. I drive it everyday.i installed headers,Cai,4.56 gears

comp 260 and the sidewinder are good tq cams that are very pcm friendly..good for dd 4x4's

Its not hard and its not a lot. But if you wanna stay slow then keep doing what you are doing. If you wanna go faster and have more power, then you gotta change some things out.

Ive got a custom valve spring tool for sale if you are going to do it. You will need one

I will be helping my brother when he does it...right now with the problems i am having with the trans since i just had it rebuilt(been back to the shop 3 x now ) i am not sure if going faster is good for the Pos trans they put in these trucks.i am gonna do my research on what cam is best for my truck and wait till the weather gets a little warmer before i do this install.
