Even though their using a SBC for these tests, the same principals apply to our Hemis.

IMO, a dry manifold performs differently than than a wet manifold. The wet having a heavier charge requires a higher runner speed to keep the mixture suspended and moving. Mostly meaning to me at least, that wet manifolds benefit to a greater extent from specific runner size in relationship to rpm/ engine size. It is hard to build velocity with just air unless some sort of a ventiri or nozzle is use. Just thinking out loud..
