Hey Bryan.... that's great to hear.

I just want to make sure I cut the correct wires the first time and don't perform a nurse hatchet job on my Dad's truck.

How To Install Your PSC1-003

I installed the software on 2 different widescreen laptops and the numbers are huge/bold and unreadable. I installed it on my 4:3 ratio desktop and it's fine.

Is there a way to fix the issue with widescreen laptops? I've already tried changing the resolution, but there's no option for font size for the R4 software.

Well I found out 2 things.

Split Second is aware of the widescreen issue and doesn't plan on fixing it at all. They do plan on making a new programmer in the future to accept USB and new features.

The second thing is my RPM's are reading much higher and not consistant with actuall RPM.... is this normal?

At first it was showing 500-1000 when I first hooked it up, and now after a test run at idle it is showing 2000 or more RPM's.

This is a pain in the arse I must say!
