hard starting to code

I have a code P0006 on my 2011 Power Wagon which is not in the Haynes manual and when looking online it is a generic code for "Fuel Shutoff Valve "A" Control Circuit Low" and references to factory service manual for troubleshooting. Has anybody ever gotten this code and what did you do? Okay so that is what is now popping up after the engine was giving me problems, here is how it all started. The next day after a 6 hr drive the engine would crank real slow then speed up and start. Had Autozone and O'riellys check battery and said it was good, but I went ahead and changed battery. Had Autozone check starter and it was good. Checked all connections and good. Disconnected winch and starting got better but still hard to start with codes for misfires and ticking sound. Changed all ignition coils and got a little better but still misfires and ticking sounds. Was going to change out all injectors but was saving money for them. Ran tank down till the DTE showed 36 miles and filled up. After the fill up the engine starts right up with no problems, so i suspect it was bad gas and possible dirt in tank. Still thinking of replacing the fuel pump assembly. Haven't connected winch back up yet, will do that sometime today and see what happens.

I have not seen a power wagon engine bay but that is a part that may or may not be on your truck. It's for a fuel shutoff valve mostly on Diesel engines! If you have it it will be on the Inlet part of the fuel rail where line connects.

Finally hooked up winch and still no problems, the code also disappeared yesterday. I guess it was bad gas that gave me the problems.
