So Greg, I haven't been on in a long while. Did you get your new power plant in Red yet? Do you have any feed back on those Johnson lifters?

I am in need of a new set of lifters and wanted to see if i should go this way or OEM while I'm changing them anyway.

i already have the Comp cam, and some plans for a turbo in the future. What do you think?

Sorry to report I haven't started the engine yet. It's home will be in the Willys I'm working on. But from the feedback from Go For Broke they are still my first choice for lifters. You can contact Billy @ [email protected]

Cost wise they are only like $100 more then a set of stock lifters, is that about right?

You can check with Billy, but I think they were close to $900. If you decide on oem lifters I believe I have a set I didn't used. Shoot me a text and make an offer..

Check out these lifter oiling problems found by MMX. The oem Hellcat lifters seem to be the best choice.
