Drop in RPM's

Hey yall so every now and then in the cold or the heat of Texas my truck while idleing, cruising, sitting at lights and even accelerating will drop RPM's and act like it is going to stall. It has never actually stalled though. Anyways im not sure what it could be. Over the years ive replaced the PCM cleaned the throttle body, replaced plugs and put on shorty taylors, poured some sea foam in the tank after a few fill ups and recently replaced the EGR valve. Any ideas???? Thanks.

Drop in RPM's

It could be a "hicup" in the computer or a dirty throttle position sensor, if these trucks even have one still
