I know ya'll know how long it takes these trucks to warm up. I was wondering if an e-fan would help? Not having air blown across the radiator til it was warm seems like it would warm up faster. Any thoughts?

It would make little, to no improvement. The water dose not circulate though the radiator, till the engine has warmed up enough for the thermostat to open.
