Cam install

I need help . 2013 ram 1500 with 5.7 hemi. I recently had to put truck in shop for faulty lifter and worn cam . So taking this opurtunity to replace my cam. I would like to know if I can go slightly bigger cam keeping same lifters and spring sizes?? Any help would be appreciated.

Moe's Performance(hemi450) has a good handle on the 4th gens.

Failing lifters is definitely a known issue, usually on high hour (lots of idle time) motors. Curious if ya know how many hours your's had and what setup ya went with? Thanks
