A head Question

I bought a set of heads of EBay the other day, for 03-4 ram,
forgive me if this an odd question, but both heads have the same Part Number on them
53021616BA, I thought these Gen 3 Hemi's were side specific?
do they carry the same part number no mater what side?

The left and right head have reversed exhaust manifold bolts patterns. The 03 doesn't have egr port on the front of the passenger side head. 04 has the port.

That part number doesn't work for me at all. The part numbers in the Starparts are:
Left: 5143397AB
Right: 5143396AB

I came across an issue about the Part number earlier. looks like it's a late 03 casting

side by side plus an end shot, looks to me like the only thing that make these side specific is the machining that goes into the EGR valve the center exhaust manifold bolts and the front where the alt/power steering would mount. It's more of a curios question, I thought each side was it's own casting.

I'm not sure what the casting number is supposed to do, they are certainly different as the one on the left has the port for the EGR and the extra exhaust bolt. It looks right to me.
How much did they cost, if you don't mind me asking. I have a used set off a 2005 taking up space, I was thinking just the cost for the core.

Do you have a picture of the passenger front? Does it have a egr port?
